She has a history of this present illness for 7/28/19 - noticed shifting sitting position. Likely cause of condition known? only visual inspection & h/o south fl youth. Symptoms include: south fl sun exposure. Past Treatment: no, ony other dermatology scans 7-8yrs (?) ago. Tests: No | PE: 5\' 3\" tall | weighs 150 lbs | brown hair, green eyes.
